How to open a support ticket?

This article provides the steps on how to open a support ticket.

  1. Log in to the client area using your registered credentials.

  2. On the top navigation bar, click on the "Support" option. This will open a dropdown menu.

  3. Click on the "Open Ticket" option. This will navigate you to the "Open Ticket" page.

  4. This page shows a number of departments. Choose the department that is most related to your query/question/issue by clicking the "Open Ticket" button on the specific department card. This will navigate you to the "Open Ticket" page.

  5. Under "Ticket Information", double check the "Department" option, select the "Related Service", and set the "Priority".

  6. Under "Message", fill in the subject and then the message.

  7. Under "Attachments", attach any additional files by clicking on the "Select File" button and then browsing your local storage for the files incase there are any to make it easier for our team to assist you and swiftly resolve the problem.

  8. If there are multiple attachments, click on the "+ Add More" button and this will add a new field under the attachment field in step no. 7.

    Repeat step no. 7 to attach the attachment.

  9. Once complete, click on the "Submit" button at the end of the page and our team will get back to you as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel the ticket, click on the "Cancel" button at the end of the page.
